We understand that all families’ financial circumstances are unique. That’s why we’re committed to keeping our tuition affordable and offering a broad range of financial assistance opportunities, from tuition grants to scholarships and work study, in order to make a Mount St. Mary education possible for more students with a demonstrated need and interest. In fact, more than $626,000 in financial aid was awarded to Mount St. Mary students during the 2022-2023 school year. We’re also proud to be an ACE Scholarship partner and a Succeed Scholarship partner.

Apply for Financial Aid!
Click here to submit the 2023-2024 Financial Aid Application by February 28, 2023. This application requires a federal tax return and W-2 from the 2022 tax year. These supporting financial documents must be submitted no later than April 17, 2023, in order to complete your Financial Aid Application. Financial aid will not be awarded if applications are incomplete.
2023-2024 Financial Agreement
The 2023-2024 Financial Agreement must be completed online by March 17, 2023, for each student attending the 2023-2024 school year. A separate Financial Agreement is required for each responsible party paying tuition. If two parents are paying separately, both parents will need to fill out an agreement.
- Freshmen & New Students: You will receive an email with the link to the 2023-2024 Financial Agreement following your acceptance to Mount St. Mary Academy. This must be completed and submitted online before scheduling meetings in March — or no later than March 17, 2023.
- Returning Students: The 2023-2024 Financial Agreement will be emailed to current families on February 14, 2023, and must be completed online by March 17, 2023, to finalize enrollment. Enrollment fees will be will be charged through FACTS accounts on March 31, 2023.
Other Options for Financial Affordability:
— This program is funded by Mount St. Mary Foundation and administered solely by Mount St. Mary Academy. This program is based solely on demonstrated financial need.
— Eligibility: Families of students with demonstrated financial need
— To apply: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application form is required. No other action is necessary.
— This program is funded and administered solely by Mount St. Mary Academy and is designed to assist families with additional assistance to defray tuition costs.
— Eligibility: Students with demonstrated financial need
— To apply: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application form is required. For those students who qualify for tuition assistance, applications for work study will be emailed in June.
— These awards are funded through the McAuley Achievement Award Fund, an endowed fund held by the Mount St. Mary Foundation. The criteria for consideration includes academic achievement, commitment to the total educational program at Mount St. Mary Academy, and a genuine dedication to all Mercy Values. Applicants must submit an application and be available to sit for a timed written essay in order to be considered for an award. Awards are announced in May and applied towards the following year’s tuition balance.
— Eligibility: Currently enrolled juniors, sophomores and freshmen students
— To apply: Application process is announced by MSM Administration during the school year.
— This program is funded through designated annual gifts to Mount St. Mary Foundation and endowed scholarships funds established to honor and/or remember specific individuals. Scholarship criteria may be based upon merit and/or financial need and is specified by the donor.
— Eligibility: Student eligibility criteria is determined by donor
— To apply: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application form is required for any endowed scholarship based upon financial need.
— The mission of ACE Scholarships is to provide children in grades K-12 with equal access to quality schools through privately funded scholarships. ACE has an unwavering commitment to ensure that all kids have access to an education that suits the needs of the child and family, by enabling the student to attend their private school of choice.
— Eligibility: Eligibility is based solely on household size and family income (view the 2023-2024 scholarship financial guidelines here)
— To apply: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application form is required. Once signed into your FACTS account, you will have the opportunity to also apply for the ACE Scholarship.
