Transcript Request

Current Students
Transcripts for current students are made through the Counseling Department. Students and/or parents/legal guardians should contact the Counseling Department directly.

Past Students or Alumnae
Requests for school transcripts must be made by written authorization from the graduate or past student (if over 18). Please print out the Transcript Request form, complete it and mail to: Transcript Request, Mount St. Mary Academy, 3224 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock, AR 72205.

Please allow three (3) business days for processing transcripts after the request is made.  Only unofficial transcripts may be given directly to the graduate or past student. Official transcripts with the school seal are mailed to the requesting institution.
