Inspired by the Catholic and Mercy values upon which we were founded and still hold dear, Mount St. Mary Academy is committed to providing equitable and intentionally inclusive learning environments for every Mount student. Our commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) is exhibited in our daily behaviors, expressed in our practices and policies, and fortified by our strategic and consistent initiatives.

• Provide ongoing professional development and training for faculty, staff and administrators to cultivate their understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion and to equip them with the necessary tools to create inclusive learning environments.

• Collaborating with community partners, organizations and stakeholders to address systemic barriers and promote equitable access to resources, opportunities and support for all students.
