The McAuley Center gymnasium was full of excitement and applause on Tuesday, February 11, as Chinotu Kwelle ’25 and Tollie Tedford ’25 were named this year’s MSM basketball homecoming queens. Other members of the court were presented, as well, and included seniors Lauren Daughenbaugh, Isabel Duch, Sheyla Green and Ava Hatfield, and juniors Julia Jansen and Mimi Marlow.
Following the homecoming court presentation and crowning ceremony, the Basketball Belles took on Sylvan Hills in a conference match-up. The Belles went on to defeat the Bears 51-41.
